Terms of Service

Draft. A working basis for review by a lawyer; to be finalised before a contract is signed with the first paying customer. Placeholders are marked [like this].

These terms govern the use of the Convia end-to-end analytics service (the “Service”), provided by [COMPANY NAME SRL], IDNO [number] (“we”). By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service collects visit events from the customer's websites through a tag, loads spend statistics from the advertising accounts the customer has connected (Google Ads, Meta) and builds “spend → visit → lead → revenue” reports. Access to advertising accounts is read-only and only after the account owner has explicitly granted it via OAuth; passwords are never requested or stored. The grant can be revoked at any time in Google/Meta settings or in the Service.

2. Account and customer responsibility

• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of account data and for keeping the password safe.
• By installing the tag, the customer confirms that they own the website (or act on the owner's instruction) and undertakes to inform visitors about data collection and obtain consent where the law requires it. Ready-made notice texts and a consent mechanism are provided by the Service.
• Using the Service to collect special categories of data (health and similar), for covert surveillance or for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.

3. Data

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. For the data of visitors to the customer's websites we act as a processor on the customer's instructions; the terms are set out in a data processing agreement (DPA) which forms part of the contract. Customer data is not sold and is not used for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.

4. Plans and payment

Plans and limits are published on the home page. Payment is monthly, in Moldovan lei (MDL), against an invoice. If the event limit is exceeded we notify the customer and offer the next plan; data collection is not stopped without warning.

5. Availability and support

The Service is provided “as is”; during the pilot stage availability targets (SLA) are not guaranteed. We announce planned maintenance in advance and respond to enquiries within [1 business day].

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is an analytics tool; decisions about advertising budgets are made by the customer. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer over the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profit.

7. Termination

The customer may stop using the Service at any time. On request — export of data and complete deletion of the project's data within 30 days of termination (except data we are required to retain by law). We may suspend an account for a breach of section 2, with notice.

8. Changes and governing law

We give 14 days' notice of changes to these terms by email. Governing law is that of the Republic of Moldova. Current version: [date].
